Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items.The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost within 5 days after items have been inspected. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date. You can begin the return process by emailing us at muicuiboutique@gmail.com! The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in the same condition with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued. Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost. By completing a purchase with MuiCui Boutique you are agreeing to our full return policy.
