Hi, I'm Maribel, owner of muicui collection

When I started this upcycled fashion brand, I was inspired by the idea that fashion is more than what you wear. It's how you express your individuality. We built muicui on the belief that clothing is wearable art. It should tell a story, tell your story, feel meaningful, expressive, and built to last. Muicui is how we move away from fast-fashion and toward a more nourishing future that's thoughtful, artistic, and sustainable.

When I discovered Kantha, a centuries-old craft that stitches together layers of vintage frabric to give them new life, I knew I had found the heart of my work. I was inspired by the colors, symbols, and traditions found in Indian quilts and silk textiles. Today, the muicui collection is built on these heritage fabrics, and the idea that clothing can be wearable stories that feel special, unique, and made with intention.

Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, you can find our muicui collection at Salt & Honey when you visit the gorgeous 9th & 9th district in SLC. We also ship nationwide for those discovering us from across the country.
